A few questions, the way I would ask them if you called. I read every one myself and reply within two days, usually sooner.
How pricing works. Projects are quoted per record, not per hour. Once I know what you are making and where it stands, I send one number that covers the whole thing: the sessions, the mix, the master, and the revisions it takes to get there. No clock running in the corner of the room, and no surprises at the end.

Where does it stand?
There is no wrong answer here. It decides which part of the studio you need.
Who is playing on it?
This room is built for bands that play together, and it helps to know what walks in the door.
When are you hoping to do this?
A rough window is enough. Records take the time they take, but it helps to know yours.
Where should I write back?
And anything you want me to know: links to demos, who you sound like, what went wrong last time.
